The tender is for bar supplies. It is a framework agreement with up to 5 suppliers for a duration of 4 years.
The framework is divided into 5 lots, namely:

Chesterfield College is seeking to establish a contract with one experienced and established supplier for its Window Cleaning requirements at Chesterfield College.
Chesterfield College has a number of sites with varying types of buildings, the College requires the windows and external glass doors of these buildings to be cleaned twice per year so as to maintain an acceptable standard of cleanliness. The College is therefore seeking the services of an industrial/commercial window cleaning company via the tender process, on a 4 year contract based on a two plus two year contract to carry out this work.
The College buildings vary from single storey to a nine storey tower block, and as such the type and number of windows and external glass doors in each building or part thereof varies enormously. The type of systems needed to gain access to the these surfaces will range from small step ladders to large specialised access platforms and will also require the use of rope access techniques.
Three sites in total will need cleaning are these are named below:-
